When I was a kid, I loved drawing more than anything. I would spend hours sketching quietly, lost in my own world. One of my favorite things to do was write Arabic words in different styles. Back then, I didn’t even know it was called calligraphy, I just loved how beautiful the letters looked. i used to write “Bismillah” and “Masha Allah” in my own ways and I would gift them to my family and friends.
Your Home, Your Reflection
When I started designing homes as an architect, I noticed that Muslim families had very few options for wall decor. While non-Muslims had so many stylish choices, most of what we found had photos or statues, which aren't halal for our homes. The Islamic wall art that was available often looked poorly made or too simple, just to make it seem cheap. That’s when I felt we needed something better.
Building an Islamic Decor Brand
My partner Ashik, an interior Decorator, felt the same need for meaningful Islamic decor. We realized that a store like this could help families like ours and serve as a reminder of faith. So in 2023, we started Ashik of Suhana—inspired by our names: Ashik (lover) and Suhana (beautiful). It means “the one who loves beauty”—and that’s what we bring to every piece we create.
Where We Are Now ?
Our vision and quickly connected with people on social media, and the Muslim community embraced us with love. We even started a trend in Islamic wall Art Business! Today, Ashik of Suhana is a leading name in Islamic Decor, reaching homes all across India and Abroad.
What started from love for art and faith has now become a brand that brings beauty and remembrance into everyday life.
